Challenges:
  • Creating from Scratch: SBS lacked a mobile app for account management, necessitating its creation to enhance user experience.

  • Brand Guideline Adherence: Designing an app that seamlessly integrated with SBS's brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency was crucial.

Design Process:

1. Undrestanding

To grasp the situation better, I carefully studied the information provided by the client. This data, based on what customers want and the institution's needs, played a key role in figuring out users' challenges. It helped in creating a solution that meets their specific needs while aligning with SBS's goals.

2. Information Architecture

I organized the app's structure, outlining how users navigate and interact in a simple diagram.
